U or a S Stamp demonstration: We suggest a 24" long piece of Schedule 40 SA-106 GrB pipe as the shell with matching pipe caps of SA-234 WPB Schedule 40. (2) 2" SA-105 B16.11 CL3000 threaded couplings for the inlet / outlet. (1) 1" SA-105 B16.11 CL3000 threaded coupling for the drain. Nozzle joint configuration to be thru-wall, single bevel weld through the shell.

R Stamp demonstration: We suggest using a 3/8" 12" x 12" piece of plate The nozzle to be NPS 4 Sched 40 SA-106 Gr B pipe or NPS 4 #3000 SA-105 Threaded Coupling. Nozzle joint configuration to be thru-wall, single bevel weld through the shell. FOR THE R STAMP ONLY CHOOSE PIPE OR COUPLING BELOW

NPS 4 Schedule 40 SA-160 Gr B Pipe

PP demonstration: We recommend a 6" diameter, 10" long piece of Schedule 80 SA-106 GrB pipe with a Sched 80 bore weld neck flange on either end. A 1" SA-105 B16.11 CL3000 threaded coupling in the center of the pipe. Nozzle joint configuration to be thru-wall, single bevel weld through the pipe.
